Danny Nicolino is a full-time real estate investor who began his journey in 2017 after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad. After starting with house hacking and rentals, he transitioned into wholesaling and now runs a high-volume flipping business with multiple projects underway each month across Northeast Ohio. He founded RoundTown Go to help investors learn from active operators actually doing deals.

Kyle

Co-Founder - RoundTown Go

Kyle started as a lineman for AEP but knew he didn’t want to retire there. He discovered real estate through BiggerPockets in 2016 and bought his first house hack on his 23rd birthday.

Today, Kyle and his partner Rocco own 87 rentals and flip about 30 houses a year, all managed in-house with a small team and proven systems.

Going full-time in real estate has given him control over his schedule, freedom to invest in his lifestyle, and the ability to grow his business on his own terms.
